Our personalised children’s books are especially customised for you. Moreover, to ensure quick delivery, we begin processing the order as soon as it is confirmed (even during weekends). Due to this, the window to make any changes is very small. However, we will do our best to accommodate your requests, as follows:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order, we can cancel the order and give you a full refund.
- Within 24 hours of placing the order, we can change the child’s name, personal message and photograph.
- If the book is damaged during delivery, we will send a replacement copy within 4 working days.
- Sorry, we will not be able to offer a refund for e-books once they have been emailed to you.
