Follow Along Drawing Tutorial: A Cat and A Dog
Drawing is telling the reader a story without using any words. Different shapes and lines can create new images and representations. Drawing can also be a fun and happy experience. With Monkey Pen’s easy to draw tutorials, drawing a cat and a dog becomes simple yet joyful for the little hands. Children's storybooks, cartoons, toys, and dreams contain cats and dogs. Because of this, students of any age can feel excitement about drawing these pet animals. When kids draw pictures of animals, they feel an affection towards them.
Drawing Two Friends Together
Kids love to see pictures of animals, like a cat and a dog, doing things together, like chasing some butterflies, or taking a nap. Drawing them together helps children understand the concept of friendship, and gives them a chance to tell a story. One drawing can tell a whole story. Perhaps the dog is keeping the cat safe, or the cat is playfully taunting the dog.
Most kids don't just draw a dog and a cat when they sketch them. They draw everything else that goes with it. For example, they sketch and create an entire world of characters that have thoughts and emotions.
Videos That Feel Like Fun
Monkey pen’s easy to draw worksheets and drawing videos are catchy and friendly. They are not strict or severe. Parents often look for a step-by-step guide of drawing for their little ones. Kids need a safe place to explore their ideas and a little bit of motivation. That is why we spend our time using well-thought-out ideas, easy-to-understand visuals, and drawing moments to keep things happy. Children can laugh at silly drawings, change things, and redo things if they want to.
Cute Drawings, Big Smiles
A cartoon drawing can evoke many emotions and sometimes can even brighten your gloomy day. Children pair drawing with many different emotions, and when they are no longer bored, they can come up with new ideas.
After drawing tutorials, many children are highly motivated to draw on their own. This is when things like worksheets come in handy. A worksheet gives children room to try out ideas, like changing colors, writing new things, or even making their own drawings of a cat and a dog.
Some children like to give the dog a spot. Others want to place a crown on the cat. The truth is, there is no right or wrong, only imagination and effort matters.
When children are drawing, we like to share fun things that can stimulate a child's imagination. For example, do you know that cats sleep for around 16 hours a day? Also, you may be surprised to learn that dogs understand a large number of human words. Sharing fun things when we draw makes children excited. They see their drawings as more than a simple picture.
