Step 1: Draw a rounded square with a flat top. And above it creates a thin rectangle that looks like a strip.
Step 2: On top of it, draw a big curve on the right side that looks like the alphabet 'C' with the bottom end extending vertically.
Step 3: Complete the other side too, just like the above.
Step 4: Draw the inner design just like the outer balloon.
Step 5: Draw another one inside, but this time much narrower.
Step 6: Add gentle curves that connect the balloon.
