Jan 30, 2026
Let kids create their own mountain scene by following simple drawing steps that turn basic lines and shapes into a nature picture.
Step 1: Let's start drawing the mountain. First, draw slightly curved lines, just like the two vertical sides of a triangle.

Step 2: Again, draw a similar structure starting from the left end of the first one you have just drawn. This one is slightly shorter than the first one.

Step 3: Draw a curved line inside each of the two mountains, on the top side, just as shown in the image.

Step 4: Now draw one more mountain, in a triangle-like shape, in the space between the first two mountains. Now, draw a curved line inside the mountain you have drawn last, just as given in the image.

Step 5: Now, let's begin drawing a small Christmas tree just near the mountain, on the left side, using curved lines as shown in the image.

Step 6: Again, repeat drawing the curved lines, one below the other, as you have drawn them now. Also, draw the Christmas tree's stem.

Step 7: Draw curved lines just below the mountains. Start from the right side.

Step 8: Extend the line towards the left end of your mountains.

Step 9: Now draw one more line with slight curves, just below the one you have completed now, as shown in the image.

Step 10: Add some small lines inside the three mountains, as shown in the image.

Step 11: Draw two clouds above the mountains, one on the right side and another on the left side.

Step 12: Your beautiful mountain drawing is ready to show off. Color your drawing to make it more attractive.
