Step 1: Draw a small heart-like shape for the centre of the feather eye.
Step 2: Draw a small oval around the heart shape.
Step 3: Draw a bigger oval around it.
Step 4: Draw one larger oval to complete the feather eye.
Step 5: Draw a long, slightly curved stem coming down from the feather eye.
Step 6: Add a few curved feather strands on one side of the stem.
Step 7: Draw more curved strands to make that side fuller.
