Step 1: First draw a small half-square with a thin, rounded layer of base below. This is called the conning tower or sail

Step 2: Below the sail comes the body, which we can draw using a long oval shape. The body looks almost like an egg

Step 3: At the back, add two triangles, which are known as fins

Step 4: Draw a small knob-like thing between the fins at the tail

Step 5: Attach a fan above the knob that looks like leaves on opposite sides.

Step 6: Draw the front portion and back portion of the body using wide curves. Then add a straight line between these curves.

Step 7: Below the straight line, include three small circles adjacent to it.

Step 8: Draw outlines for each circle. Make another wide curve within the front to show the inner portion. On the outer knob at the tail part, there can be one tiny curve below.

Step 9: Draw a double-layered rectangle with corners rounded.

Step 10: Add a tube with a rounded opening above the box on the top, which is the periscope.

Step 11: Place tiny dot-sized circles within the body margins and circles
