Step 1: Draw a small wavy line.
Step 2: Now enclose that line with another wavy line on its top, as shown in the image.

Step 4: From the end of the small half-circle you have drawn now, start drawing the hair.

Step 17: Now draw the belt using two vertical lines and a small circle at its center, as shown in the image.
Step 18: Draw a star on the chest portion.
Step 19: Now, draw the right leg just below the belt you drew.
Step 20: Draw the left leg as well.
Step 21: Add more detail to the legs by drawing a square-like shape at the bottom of each leg.

Step 23: Add more lines inside the boots for more detailing.
