One morning, a soft sunbeam slipped through the clouds
and landed in the quiet garden.
It wandered over the grass…
then across a stone…
then along a fence.
“I like to travel,” it said.
Soon, it saw a small plant with a closed flower.
The sunbeam paused.
It gently rested on the flower.
Warm… soft… bright…
Slowly… slowly…
the flower began to open.
Petal by petal…
“Hello!” said the flower happily.
The sunbeam twinkled with joy.
It danced around the flower—
glow… glow… glow…
Then it moved to another flower…
and another…
Warm… soft… bright…
Soon, many flowers began to bloom.
The garden filled with colours and smiles.
A butterfly fluttered by,
and the leaves swayed happily.
The sunbeam laughed,
“I can make so many happy!”
And it shone warmly all around the garden.
