Monkey Moo made quite a mess,
Blocks and books and bits of dress!
Banana peels on every seat—
Toys are tangled round his feet!
But Monkey claps and spins around,
“Clean-up time!” he shouts out loud.
He grabs a bin, he hums a tune,
Sweeping fast with a wooden spoon!
Pick it up and put it right,
Clean and shiny, out of sight!
Stack the blocks and fold the rug,
Monkey ends with a happy hug!
He wipes the table, clears the floor,
Puts the crayons in the drawer.
Even sings to his teddy bear,
“Let’s keep everything nice and fair
Clean-up, clean-up, just like new—
It’s more fun with Monkey Moo!
When the mess is all away,
We can laugh and dance and play!
