The sun is out, the sky is blue,
We're packing snacks for me and you!

Blanket down beneath a tree,
Come and share this day with me!

Sandwiches and apple pie,
Juice in cups and butterflies!

Teddy's here and bunny too,
They love picnics just like you!

Ladybirds and ants go by,
Buzzing bees and dragonflies.

We wave hello, then let them pass,
They dance across the summer grass.

Let’s clap our hands and tap our toes,
Wiggle like the wind that blows!

Picnic time is full of cheer,
With yummy bites and friends so near!
