One day, Ava went to the park with Mama.
At the park, she saw Leo on the swing.
Back and forth… up and high…
“Wheee!” Leo laughed.
Ava watched quietly.
“Wow!” she said.
“I want to try,” she said.
She sat on the swing and held the ropes.
Leo stood behind her.
“Ready?” he asked.
Ava nodded.
Leo gave a small push.
Back… and forth…
Ava held tight.
“I feel scared,” she said.
Leo stopped.
“That’s okay,” he said.
He came in front.
“I will help you.”
He pushed gently.
Back… and forth…
Not too high.
Ava smiled.
“This feels nice,” she said.
“I like it this way.”
After some time, Ava got down.
She sat on a bench.
Mama gave her a drawing book and crayons.
Ava began to draw.
She made a beautiful garden picture with flowers and plants.
Leo came near.
“Wow!” he said.
“I want to draw like you.”
He picked a crayon.
Scribble… scribble…
The lines went everywhere.
Leo looked at his paper.
“I can’t draw like you,” he said softly.
Ava smiled.
“That’s okay,” she said.
“I will show you.”
She held his hand gently.
“Draw slowly,” she said.
Line… line…
Circle… circle…
Leo tried again.
This time, his drawing looked better.
Not like Ava’s…
but still nice.
Leo smiled.
“I did it!” he said.
Ava clapped.
“You did it!”
Leo looked at Ava.
“You helped me,” he said.
Ava smiled.
“And you helped me on the swing.”
They both laughed.
“We are different,” she said.
“And that is okay.”
They sat together and played happily.
Moral: Everyone has their own way of doing things, and we can help each other learn.
