How to Make Honeybee

Step 1: Take a black-and-yellow square paper.

Step 3: Cut both the yellow and black paper into two long rectangular pieces each.

Step 4: Now take one yellow paper and apply some glue on one side.

Step 5: Fold it so that it looks like two halves and has a hollow space inside it.

Step 6: Fold the other yellow piece and the two black pieces the same way.

Step 7: Take one folded black piece and apply some glue over it.

Step 8: Take one yellow and paste it over the black.

Step 9: Then paste another yellow over the black, and another black over this yellow. So, the arrangement looks like black, yellow, black, and yellow from bottom to top.

Step 10: Take two broad rectangular pieces of white paper.

Step 12: Cut one raindrop shape from each paper.

Step 14: Draw a long vertical line with side branches for the transparent honeybee’s wing.

Step 15: Apply some glue on the bottom portion.

Step 16: Paste it beside the first black paper that is at the lowermost.

Step 17: Paste the other paper too, drawn with a leaf design.

Step 18: Take a black square of paper and scissors.

Step 19: Cut into a raindrop shape, with a flat at the base.

Step 20: Attach this raindrop design to the backside. i.e., under the yellow paper.

Step 21: Hold the entire design.

Step 22: Take a thin, long strip made from black paper for the antennae. Now slightly fold it and hold.

Step 23: Bend the extreme ends of the thin strip and paste it above the black paper as antennae.

Step 24: Take another two long, narrow strips and make them like the alphabet ‘X’ to be used as legs.

Step 25: Apply some glue at the centre of the X, on one side.

Step 26: Now flip and turn the whole design upside down.

Step 27: Take the X and paste its upper side that lies on the black paper. Also create bends at every corner of the upper strip.

Step 28: Paste the lower side on the yellow paper and slightly make bends on them too.

Step 29: Now flip the design to the original position, and you can see four legs on all four sides.

Step 30: Take an eye sticker and paste it over the black paper.

Step 31: Both the eyes and a wide mouth are completed.

Step 32: The honeybee craft is done. Likewise, you can create any number of honeybees you want.
