How to make Moving Fish
How to make a moving fish: step-by-step description
Step 1: Let's begin making a simple moving fish. First, take an A4-sized piece of craft paper.

Step 2: Fold the paper from one corner to the opposite corner into a triangle.

Step 3: Cut the remaining portion of the paper.

Step 4: You have the folded triangle shape.

Step 5: Open the fold now, and then fold the paper from one

Step 6: Repeat the same on the opposite side.

Step 7: Now fold the remaining lower portion into a triangle towards the upper side. Also, fold a corner portion into a small right-angled triangle.

Step 8: Now you have an equilateral triangle.

Step 9: Open that fold now and cut the same base side vertically on the same side.

Step 10: Make a series of cuts, with the cuts getting smaller as they approach the corner

Step 11: Now, paste glue on the opposite corner of the cuts.

Step 12: Open all the folds.

Step 13: Now stick the glued corner to its opposite corner.

Step 14: You now have a conical shape

Step 15: Now, cut the open corner’s edge into a round shape

Step 16: Your fish's body is ready

Step 17: Take another piece of craft paper in a different colour.

Step 18: Cut out a rectangle with two adjacent edges curved.

Step 19: Paste some glue on it.

Step 20: Now, take a piece of craft paper of the same colour you have chosen to make the fish’s body.

Step 21: Cut out a similar shape to the one you just made. This one should be smaller than the one you have already cut.

Step 22: Stick the one you have pasted glue onto the inner side of the conical shape you have made first.

Step 23: Now stick the second similar shape you have already cut just above the one you have stuck.

Step 24: Take a square-shaped piece of craft paper.

Step 25: Fold it in half and take a pencil to draw the fish’s tail.

Step 26: Draw the tail shape, as shown in the image, from the middle fold towards the outside

Step 27: Cut out the tail shape you have drawn. While cutting, cut both sides together.

Step 28: Open the cutout portion to see the beautiful tail.

Step 29: Paste some glue in the middle of the tail.

Step 30: Stick the tail on the pointed edge of the body of the fish you have made

Step 31: Now, take a square-shaped piece of craft paper and fold it in half.

Step 32: Draw a shape as shown in the image to make the fish’s two fins.

Step 33: Cut out the shape you have just drawn. Cut both sides

Step 34: Open the cutout paper.

Step 35: Separate it from the middle fold.

Step 36: Paste glue on the fins made, on the broad side.

Step 37: Now stick one under the body part made earlier. Stick it towards the front.

Step 38: Stick the second fin also, just on the opposite side of the first placed fin.

Step 39: Take two eye stickers (you can buy them at a store or draw them yourself).

Step 40: Paste some glue on the two eyes.

Step 41: Stick eyes on the upper side of the fish’s head, as shown in the image.

Step 42: Your beautiful fish is ready to move.

Step 43: Repeat the same process and make another fish, if you like!
