How to Make Paper Butterfly
How to make a butterfly: step-by-step description
Step 1: Begin by laying out a square of colorful craft paper.

Step 2: The square should be folded diagonally to create a triangle, then pressed.

Step 3: Divide the triangle to create a shorter triangle (forming another fold).

Step 4: Take the paper off completely to discern the lines of creases.

Step 5: The sides should be pulled into the creases, then folded into a triangle (like a "water bomb" base).

Step 6: Make sure the triangle is held neatly, then flatten it.

Step 7: Cut the triangle in half to create a smaller, a larger, and a thicker triangle.

Step 8: The top edge should be cut off, and the slit should be rounded (round the edges with scissors).

Step 9: Now you have got a triangle with one curved edge.

Step 10: Take the paper out with care to see the smooth

Step 11: Fold one side towards the middle line, then press the other side firmly.

Step 12: Fold the opposite side to the middle, creating an attractive "kite" design.
Step 13: Fold the top point up slightly to form the butterfly's lower design.

Step 14: Gently pull the sides to create the wings.

Step 15: The butterfly's centre is tightly folded to maintain its shape.

Step 16: Pin the middle to form the butterfly's body, then shape the wings using your fingers.

Step 17: Open the wings evenly. The butterfly, on paper, is now poised to fly.
