How to Make Paper Cutting Cat

Step 1: Take a red rectangular paper.

Step 2: Now take scissors. 

Step 3: Cut the outline of a cat on the paper, using scissors.

Step 4: Now take three square papers of different colors. Here, we have taken yellow, blue, and light brown. You can use any colors that you wish.

Step 5: Take the scissors.

Step 6: Using scissors, cut the papers into tiny square bits, randomly.
