How to Make Paper Lance

How to make a paper lance: step-by-step Instructions 

Step 1: Get the blue craft paper.

Step 2: Fold the paper vertically into three equal portions. Then fold it in tight.

Step 3: Open the right-side fold of your paper, then fold it in the right-hand corner of the top until the centre fold to get a triangular shape.

Step 4: Fold the left top corner towards the centre crease to create an angle.

Step 5: Fold your right side upwards towards the centre line.

Step 6: Fold the left side with care to make the point sharper.

Step 7: Fold the bottom left side towards the centre line as shown in the image.

Step 8: Fold the bottom right side also, until you have an extended spearhead with a pointed tip.

Step 9: Fold this design across the length of your body.

Step 10: Make an additional piece that is folded in the same way.

Step 11: Join the two pieces of paper together to form a lance head.

Step 12: Get another blue sheet of paper.

Step 13: Begin rolling the paper in a tight manner, starting at one end.

Step 14: Keep rolling until you've got an extended paper tube.

Step 15: Insert the tube of paper into the lower part of the lance head.

Step 16: Then fold one part of the head of the lance around.

Step 17: Fold the flap inwards and secure it.

Step 18: Fold the second flap also. The lance head is now connected to the handle.

Step 19: Grab another blue sheet of paper to create an extension of the handle that is longer.

Step 20: Fold the long edge slightly, then start rolling your paper.

Step 21: Roll the paper into a slender, long tube. Attach it or insert it to extend the handle of your lance and finish your lance of paper.

Step 22: Then fold and form the other end of your new tube of paper to create an elongated loop.

Step 23: Place the folded end of the lance into the lance handle's back for it to be extended.

Step 24: Pull it in tightly till the loop's handle is connected to the lance. 

Step 25: You've completed your lance. Now make another one if you would like.
