How to make an origami paper prawn fish: step-by-step description
Step 1: Make a square of paper.

Step 2: Cut the diagonal of your square to create a big triangle.

Step 3: Unfold the paper and fold one corner inwards to form a crease.

Step 4: Fold the other side of the fold inward to create an envelope-like shape.

Step 5: Fold the longest edge at the bottom upwards into a narrow strip.

Step 6: The model can be folded and lifted into the back to begin shaping the body's long length.

Step 7: The folds should be folded in a way that your body appears slimmer and more pointed.

Step 8: Divide the shape lengthwise in half.

Step 9: Keep the piece of paper straight with the pointed end with the pointed end facing downwards.

Step 10: Make a small cut at the narrower end of the lower.

Step 11: Cut the strips in a gentle manner so that the tail feels more comfortable.

Step 12: Fold the top edge to the left and towards the centre line.

Step 13: Fold the opposite side inward to ensure that both sides are in the middle.

Step 14: Fold both sides flat to form an attractive pointed top.

Step 15: Make sure the folds are in place and keep your body firm in the middle.

Step 16: Fold the flap's top down to shape the head of the prawn.

Step 17: Make sure to squeeze the folds carefully to secure the head in the correct position.

Step 18: Create a small fold at the point to create the sharp mouth or head part.

Step 19: Cut the extra paper near the top using scissors.

Step 20: Fold the flap of the cut-down paper neatly to complete the head of the origami fish.

Step 21: Take a long, thin strip to create an antenna for a prawn.

Step 22: Adjust and fold the strip carefully close to the head.

Step 23: Remove the second thin strip of fabric to create the second antenna.

Step 24: Fold the small flaps on the sides towards the back on all sides.

Step 25: The folds should be pressed firmly to secure the body shape.

Step 26: Form the body gently by pressing and bending the folds.

Step 27: Continue to curve the tail as well as the body to create a prawn that appears natural.

Step 28: Draw a dot of black for the eye.

Step 29: Your origami prawn fish paper is now in the making.

Step 30: Display the finished origami prawns.
