How to Draw an Arctic Fox – Easy Step-by-Step Animal Drawing for Kids

Step 1: First draw its head. It appears fuzzy, but has small pointed spikes.

Step 2: Sketch the right ear. It is a triangle with some spikes. 

Step 3: Draw the left ear.

Step 4: ive it a slight curve on its face with spikes on both sides.

Step 5: Draw little curves for the inner ear.

Step 6: Draw more detailed parts of its inner ear, which will be formed by upside-down Ts.

Step 7: Draw its nose and mouth by sketching a round shape and a wide ‘U’ shape.

Step 8: Draw the body behind its neck with a long curved line.

Step 9: From the right side of the form of its face draw a large curve for the front body part.

Step 10: Add a front leg which is long and narrow. Don’t forget to draw its paw. 

Step 11: Now let’s draw the other front leg as well.

Step 12: Provide it a wide curved body made up of spikes.

Step 13: Draw one of its hind legs.

Step 14: Let’s draw the other hind leg as well as its thigh.

Step 15: Finish its body with a back end that will be another wide curve.

Step 16: Draw the outline of its tail using sloping lines ending in spikes.

Step 17: Give its tail a bushy appearance by drawing spikes at the bottom.

Step 18: Provide it a tail finish by adding some spikes and a sharp curve.

Step 19: Draw its eyebrows and tiny details on the eyeline. Remember to put its whiskers on each side of its mouth.

Step 20: Show its fur patterns on the neck and body using spikes and tiny Vs arranged in a series.

Step 21: Give fur patterns at the back and within the tail. Don’t forget to draw a tiny line on each hind leg.

Step 22: Define the toes using needle like shapes.

Step 23: Draw small sharp ovals for its eyes.

Step 24: A snowy arctic fox drawing is complete.
