Spread-out wings and tiny ears help kids turn simple shapes into a cool nighttime bat sketch.
Step 1: Draw two long, slanted lines, then join the lower ends with a curved edge.

Step 2: Add the handle of the bat with a small curved dip as shown in the image.

Step 3: Draw a similar line on the left side of the handle with a long slanting line and add a small curved side near the neck of the bat.

Step 4: Draw a small curved cap at the top of the handle.

Step 5: Add a second outline along the lower side of the bat blade.

Step 6: Draw a curved line around the neck to show where the handle meets the bat.

Step 7: Start the lightning-shaped design on the front of the bat.

Step 8: Add the upper straight line starting from the one end of the lightning shape.

Step 9: Continue the lightning design on the top of the blade, just opposite to the first lightning shape you have already drawn.

Step 10: Complete the lightning shape on the bat blade by connecting those two with a small straight line as shown in the image.

Step 11: Draw more curved lines across the handle to finish the grip pattern.

Step 12: Your cricket bat drawing is complete. Now make it more realistic with your favourite colors
