How to Draw Big Ben – Easy Step-by-Step Landmark Drawing for Kids

Today we’re going to learn to sketch Big Ben with the help of Monkey Pen’s instruction.

Step 1: Make a little circle at the top. Then draw two curved lines going downwards from the circle to construct the pointed roof.

Step 2: Draw a little rectangular piece under the roof. Draw a little vertical line on each side of the rectangle.

Step 3: Draw a short horizontal line and curved lines on the sides below it.

Step 4: Draw the large rectangle portion under the top one with very short sloping lines on the sides.

Step 5: Sketch a big square beneath it.

Step 6: Draw a straight line under and extend two lines vertically for the body of the tower.

Step 7: Draw a narrow horizontal band below the upper rectangle.

Step 8: Below it, draw another rectangular section.

Step 9: Layered procedures to attach the bottom foundation.

Step 10: Draw straight lines down the ceiling from the top circle.

Step 11: Put narrow arches under the pointed roof.

Step 12: Sketch the wavy tile lines on the roof area.

Step 13: Build a square panel for the face of the clock.

Step 14: Draw a double-layered circle for the clock inside the square.

Step 15: Draw small ornamental corner forms in the shape of triangles in the four corners of the clock.

Step 16: Below the clock draw large arches for the windows.

Step 17: Underneath draw another row of arched windows.

Step 18: Add some thin vertical lines at the bottom.

Step 19: Put small marks around the clock face.

Step 20: Attach the clock hands.

Step 21: You have made a wonderful drawing of Big Ben.
