How to Draw the Colosseum – Easy Step-by-Step Landmark Drawing for Kids
Here is a simple guide by Monkey Pen on how to draw a colosseum step-by-step.
Step 1: First draw a diagonal line with ends rounded.

Step 2: Draw another line closer to it, below.

Step 3: Under the line, add vertical lines at both corners

Step 4: Below this line, add a long diagonal line with rounded ends.

Step 5: Make a closer line below it and extend it vertically at the ends.

Step 6: Add one more half-rectangle below, which is slightly larger.

Step 7: Below the half-rectangle, draw a slightly longer line closely and a vertical line that forms one end.

Step 8: Create the fourth line just like the above.

Step 9: Below it, draw a very long line that extends far ahead.

Step 10: Complete this layer with another thin line that is of the same length.

Step 11: Above the last layer, draw a half rectangle with one edge rounded and the other sharp.

Step 12: In the first layer, add tiny squares and rectangles alternatively.

Step 13: On the second layer, add cylinders with edges rounded and connected by tiny horizontal lines.

Step 14: Include a few more cylindrical shapes just like the above.

Step 15: Now draw some cylinders in the third layer.

Step 16: Complete the third layer with some more cylindrical designs. Don’t forget to add a tiny cylinder within the square shape in the third layer.

Step 17: Now draw some cylinders, slightly bigger in the last layer.

Step 18: Add some more cylindrical shapes towards the middle in the last layer, connected by stripe like lines.
