Look up at the night sky with Monkey Pen and learn how to draw a constellation step by step using bright stars and simple connecting lines.

Step 1: Draw six little stars in a spiral.

Step 2: Connect the stars with straight lines. This is the first constellation.

Step 3: On the other side, draw a few small and tiny stars.

Step 4: Connect the stars with short lines. The second constellation is now finished.

Step 5: Make another set of stars under this.

Step 6: Connect the stars to the second constellation with short vertical lines.

Step 7: For the third constellation, draw a few stars below the first constellation.

Step 8: Connect these stars in a figure.

Step 9: Add a few more stars next to them.

Step 10: There are also little lines between these stars. They make up the third constellation.

Step 11: Draw a few stars around the constellations.

Step 12: Draw some tiny dots in the blank spaces on the right side.

Step 13: Now some more dots are placed on the left side.

Step 14: Name each constellation “URSA MAJOR”, “ORION”, “SCORPIUS” in block letters.
