Step 1: Start with the front hair fringe using a pointed curve at the top.

Step 2: Then draw the round face under the hair.

Step 3: Now add one small ear on the right side.

Step 4: Draw the other ear on the left side.

Step 5: Draw a large, curved line over the head to show
the hairband.

Step 6: Add another curved line above it to complete
the band.

Step 7: Add a cute bow on top of the hairband.

Step 8: Add a small hair section on the left side of the
head.

Step 9: Draw the eyebrows, nose, mouth, and inner ears.

Step 10: Draw the neck below the face.

Step 11: Then sketch the shoulder and the upper body
covered with a dress.

Step 12: Add puff sleeves to both arms.

Step 13: Provide frills on the edges of both sleeves.

Step 14: Add a tiny bow at the waist.

Step 15: Draw the waistband across the dress using a
thin rectangular film.

Step 16: Draw the right hand stretching outward, along with the fingers.

Step 23: Provide socks for both legs.

Step 24: Add a shoe on each leg.

Step 25: Draw a tiny heart shaped design on the front part of both the shoes.

Step 26: Draw a long-curved line for the right side of the hair.

Step 27: Provide a curly line to show the hair falling on the right side.

Step 28: Finish the right hair curl.

Step 29: Now do a lengthy curl on the left side too.

Step 30: Finish the curl on the left side with a few soft bends.

Step 31: Draw thin inner hair strands with spiral lines.

Step 32: Add some touches to the bow and a little heart
on the frock

Step 33: Draw vertical lines at the bottom of the gown
to show the folds.

Step 34: Draw the eyes. They should be ovals with top eyelashes.

Step 35: Color both the eyeballs, leaving a small white area in each eye to make luminous eyes.
