Step 1: Draw a curving line that creates the top of the ear. 

Step 2: Extend the curve downwards until it forms the edge that is the lowerside of the ear.

Step 3: Make an angled curve at the bottom of the ear to finish the outer shape of the ear.

Step 4: Draw a curving line inside the ear, near the top.

Step 5: Continue the downward curve along the inside of the ear.

Step 6: Create an asymmetrical curve that is small at the centre in the middle of the ear.

Step 7: Draw the lower fold by drawing a rounded bump-like shape.

Step 8: Create a small curve shaped line that is short and near the top of the ear as shown in the image.
