How to Draw a Halloween Witch – Easy Spooky Character Drawing for Kids

Step 1: First start with the hair using sharp spikes.

Step 2: Then draw the round below that looks almost like U.

Step 3: Add the right ear with a small oval followed by a tiny curve.

Step 4: Include eyebrows, inner ear, nose and mouth using little curves and a half circle.

Step 5: Draw the head covered by hair with a small curve.

Step 6: Design a hat with a long, flat base.

Step 7: Extend the hair at the back with a curly line.

Step 8: Create an oval-shaped outline for the hat that looks rounded below and extends above using short lines horizontally.

Step 9: Stack a rectangular design over this oval base. Remember to add a buckle- like thing that is in the form of a double-layered rectangle.

Step 10: Layer a cone shape on top of this rectangular portion. Make sure that the cone extends at the back, forming a narrow, pointed end looking like a thick needle.

Step 11: Add a few graceful spikes for the hair at the back.

Step 12: Some more curly spikes can be added to complete the hair.

Step 13: Draw a V-shaped neck outline that makes the witch’s clothes.

Step 14: Cover the witch’s back with gentle curves that that resemble small sideways 'm's.

Step 15: Draw the sleeves for the left hand that extend longer, making a full one.

Step 16: Now create sleeves for the right hand too, just like the above.

Step 17: Extend the long horizontal lines downward at an angle to complete the sleeves.

Step 18: Make looser sleeves for the right hand, broader at the wrist and slightly narrower towards the arms.

Step 19: Add the right hand that comes out of the sleeve.

Step 20: Draw the left hand too, along with fingers. Don’t forget to include tiny stripes on the right hand that denote the fingers.

Step 21: Draw a cylindrical stick that lies between the witch’s hands.

Step 22: Make a series of Vs for the lower part of the witch’s clothes.

Step 23: Complete her clothes with a few Vs.

Step 24: Draw parallel lines that lie horizontally behind the witch. This is a broom.

Step 25: Add a cap above the handle.

Step 26: Draw curvy Vs to form the bristle.

Step 27: Include a few sharp, tiny Vs that complete the bristles at the top.

Step 28: Below the dress, add wide Vs for the legs.

Step 29: Add socks that look like a thin film of a rectangle and boots along with sharp heels at the back.

Step 30: Create a square design inside the shoe along with a tiny circle.

Step 31: Draw wavy lines to show the hair texture. Please remember to include a tiny curve on the left side shoulder.

Step 32: Draw vertical stripes for the cap and small lines for the bristles.

Step 33: Make the upper body and thigh with tiny lines.Make the upper body and thigh with tiny lines.

Step 34: Provide round eyes and tiny lines for the eyelashes.

Step 35: Add tiny circles inside, for the eyeballs.

Step 36: A cute Halloween witch is ready to take flight.
