Step 1: Begin with a small tuft of hair at the top.

Step 2: Make the hairy right side of the face.

Step 3: Make the other side of the hairy face.

Step 4: Provide additional hair lines on either side of the face.

Step 5: Put an oval of hair in between them.

Step 6: Draw two large bent horns.

Step 7: Draw the right ear fluffy under the horn.

Step 8: Draw the left ear fluffy.

Step 9: Begin the right side of the face with scruffy lines.

Step 10: To give the face a more full look, add the left part of it.
