How to draw Jesus: step-by-step drawing instructions

Step 1: Draw a small, curly line across the top of the hair.

Step 2: Add both lines of hair on either side, starting from the top.

Step 3: Draw the outer lines on the cheeks.

Step 4: Make a curved line connecting the cheek lines on the bottom to create the beard.

Step 5: Complete the lower shape of the beard on the cheeks.

Step 6: Make a mustache and a tiny mouth area in the beard.

Step 7: Add two ears to the sides of the head.

Step 8: Create a curved hair line across the top of the head.

Step 9: Begin drawing the long, waves of hair to one side.

Step 10: Continue to weave the long hair to the opposite side.

Step 11: Draw the mouth and nose structure as shown in the image.

Step 12: Make small wavy lines along each side of the neck.

Step 13: Draw the neck, then curve the collar under the beard.

Step 14: Begin the shoulder line from one side.

Step 15: Draw an extended diagonal line across the body for the robe.

Step 16: Incorporate the curved sleeves to make one arm just as in the image.

Step 17: Draw the inside line of the raised sleeve.

Step 18: Continue the robe line to the middle.

Step 19: Complete the long robe line to one end, on the right side.

Step 20: Draw another shoulder and outline the sleeves.

Step 21: Incorporate the inner fold of the dress underneath the sleeves.

Step 22: Draw the body line on the left side to the bottom.

Step 23: Attach the hanging robe, fold it over the other side.

Step 24: Draw both hands open using as given in the image.

Step 25: Incorporate the curved lines of cuffs near both wrists.

Step 26: Make tiny fold lines across both sleeves.

Step 27: Create curved fold lines on the front of the robe.

Step 28: Create long horizontal fold lines along the lower robe.

Step 29: Draw a big circle around the head to create the Halo.

Step 30: Incorporate straight rays in the Halo.

Step 31: Draw eyebrows and eye shape.

Step 32: Add pupils and darken them.

Step 33: Finish the face detail and tidy up the sketch of Jesus. Now give your favourite colors to your drawing to make it more beautiful!
