Climb towards a new drawing skill with Monkey Pen and learn how to draw a ladder step by step using long straight lines and evenly spaced steps.

Step 1: First draw a platform in the shape of a rectangle.

Step 2: From the lower edge of a rectangle on the right side, draw a long slanting line.

Step 3: Below the platform, add the first step.

Step 4: Draw the second step beneath it.

Step 5: Now add the third step.

Step 6: The fourth step is also added.

Step 7: A horizontal line is drawn on each step to add thickness.

Step 8: One more slanting line is drawn beside the first one. 

Step 9: Make a long, slanting line on the left side too.

Step 10: Draw another slanting line beside it.

Step 11: Create another slanting line nearby for thickness.

Step 12: Under each leg, a small foot is added.

Step 13: Behind the ladder, draw two slanting lines for the back legs.

Step 14: Add another back leg using two slanting lines.

Step 15: Connect the two back legs using short lines.

Step 16: Draw inner lines for one back leg and the central support to add thickness.

Step 17: The inner line is drawn to the other back leg as well.

Step 18: The feet are added to the back legs as well.

Step 19: Create tiny circles along the side of the front legs.

Step 20: An easy ladder is drawn.
