Step 1: Draw an uneven circle for the meteor rock.

Step 2: Draw an irregular flame shape emerging out from the top-right side.

Step 3: Continue the flame upwards with an inward sharp bend.

Step 4: Draw another large flame at the back end of it.

Step 5: Draw another flame piece at the left side.

Step 6: Draw a hook-shaped flame below it.

Step 7: Join the lowermost flame line back to the meteor.

Step 8: Add an inner curved flame shape.

Step 9: Draw another flame in the tail with zigzags.

Step 10: Add another pointed flame line at the bottom of the tail.

Step 11: Add little oval craters to the meteor rock.
