What You'll need:

Prior to drawing, we'll have to collect our supplies. What are you going to require?

  • Paper (any kind is acceptable)
  • A pencil for sketching
  • An eraser can correct any mistakes.
  • Materials to color (crayons, pencils, markers, and colored pencils)

Step 1: Draw the Body and Head.

Begin by drawing the head! Draw an oval onto your piece of paper. This is your monkey's head. Do not stress about not being perfect. It's fun to create your personal!

Under the head, draw an oval smaller than the body part of the monkey. Make sure that the body is larger than your head. Monkeys have massive heads; they are bigger than their bodies, which is why they're adorable!

Step 2: Add the Ears and the Eyes.

Let's show your adorable monkey with cute ears! Create two circles that are on both sides of the top of the heads of your monkeys. Monkeys' ears are large and round. Create a cute and huge head!

To help pupils, draw two small circles inside the head. Make tiny dots within these circles to create pupils. Your monkey is admiring you from a different perspective!

Step 3: Draw the Face

A monkey's face is one of the most thrilling things to draw! Start by drawing an oval-shaped nose on the face's centre just below the eyes. Create a massive and jolly smile that curves to the corners. Monkeys are known to smile, so make sure you give them the most joyful smile!

Step 4: Draw the Arms as well as the Legs

Draw the arms and legs. For arms, create two long, curving lines that extend to the sides of the body. Create small circles at each end of the lines in order to make fingers. Fingers can be created by adding small bumps to the circles.

For the legs, draw two lines down from the body, like the arms. Add circles on the lower end of the lines to represent the feet. Be sure that you include tiny feet!

Step 5: Add the tail

It's time to dress up the tail! Monkeys are known for their curly and long tails. Draw a curved line towards the back side of your pet. You can bend it or twist it like the tail of a playful monkey.

Step 6: Make it Realistic (if you want)

If you want to make your monkey appear more real, you can add some specifics. Draw lines on the arms, legs, and body to show how the animal shapes its fur. It is possible to add a few shade lines to make your look more realistic. Be aware that your pet will stay adorable and simple. Don't worry about making it perfect!

Step 7: Color Your Monkey

The most enjoyable aspect of coloring is that you can colour your pet! You can choose between yellow and brown to color your entire body. You can choose the lighter peach or brown on your face. And a lighter peach for your eyes, and dark brown to color the tail and ears. Make sure you color the nose, eyes, and mouth too.
