How to draw a musk ox: step-by-step drawing instructions 

Step 1: Draw a tiny, curved, furry line at the top of the head. 

Step 2: Then add horns to both sides. 

Step 3: Complete the round horns on both sides. 

Step 4: Draw the left-hand side of the beard with a furry hairstyle. 

Step 5: Make sure you finish the pointed beard to the right side just as shown in the image. 

Step 6: Include the mouth and nose using two small lines that curve. 

Step 7: Draw the outer ear between the horns. 

Step 8: Include the inner ear details. 

Step 9: Draw the jaw line towards the left side lower face. 

Step 10: Furry details can be added to the face and around the ox’s mouth. 

Step 11: Draw the top curve of the back line over the head. 

Step 12: Continue the back line to the left side. 

Step 13: Draw the right side of the body downwards. 

Step 14: Add a few short-jagged fur lines across the lower part of the body. 

Step 15: Continue to shaggy fur along the belly. 

Step 16: Create more fur lines that are uneven beneath the body. 

Step 17: Continue to follow the furry belly line to the front. 

Step 18: Draw the first leg of the front beneath the body. 

Step 19: Include an additional front leg next to it. 

Step 20: Make the reverse leg on the left side. 

Step 21: You can add another back leg to it. 

Step 22: Make sure that the hooves are at the lower part of the leg. 

Step 23: Add additional detail on the legs and fur to create a more complete body. 

Step 24: Draw a few curly lines across the body to display the long fur. 

Step 25: Include the eyes and facial features. 

Step 26: Shade the pupils in the eyes. 

Step 27: Your musk ox drawing is completed successfully. Color it as you wish; one single brown shade or a mix of rainbow colors!
