How to draw a raft: step-by-step drawing instructions 

Step 1: Draw the curved outline of the paddle blade.

Step 2: Draw two long lines from the blade to form the paddle handle.

Step 3: Add a curved line inside the paddle blade.

Step 4: Draw a small rounded grip at the end of the handle.

Step 5: Draw the round end of the first log below the paddle.

Step 6: Add two more round log ends beside it.

Step 7: Draw two more log ends as shown in the image.

Step 8: Add the final two log ends to complete the row.

Step 9: Draw two long lines across the tops of the logs.

Step 10: Add several diagonal lines to show the sides of the logs.

Step 11: Draw a long-curved line around the far side of the raft to show the binding coir.

Step 12: Add extended diagonal lines across the rear section of the raft.

Step 13: Draw another long-curved line along the far edge.

Step 14: Add the rounded ends of the logs at the back.

Step 15: Draw a smaller circle inside each front log end.

Step 16: Add tiny circles inside the circles you have just drawn on ach log end to show the wood rings.

Step 17: Draw bushes behind the raft on both sides.

Step 18: Draw a straight horizon line between the bushes.

Step 19: Draw mountains on the left side of the background.

Step 20: Add mountains on the right side.

Step 21: Draw a few short lines on the mountains to show their slopes. 

Step 22: Add short, wavy water lines behind the raft.

Step 23: Draw wavy water lines around the front and right side of the raft.
