Step 1: Start drawing some long spikes in a curved row.

Step 2: Add some more spikes to form the lower curve.

Step 3: Now create a few bigger spikes above the previous set of spikes.

Step 4: Continue adding more spikes to complete the upper curve.

Step 5: Include a few spikes in the lower half, just below the set of older ones. Don’t forget to leave some space on the right and left sides.

Step 6: Now include some more spikes in the spaces on the right side.

Step 7: Create a few more spikes on the left side.

Step 8: A few pointed spikes are added in the blank spaces in the lower half, towards the left.

Step 9: Add a few spikes on the right and left sides to complete the round shape of the creature.

Step 10: Include tiny dot like circles towards the inner edges of the circle.

Step 11: At the empty space in the centre, add two small circles for the eyes and a tiny curve below for the nose.

Step 12: Add an eyeball to each eye.

Step 13: Draw a small oval for the rock on the ocean floor.

Step 14: Create one more rock above, but slightly bigger than the previous one.

Step 15: Draw a wavy line alongside the left of the rock.

Step 16: On the extreme left of the wavy line, add a rock above in the shape of a half oval. Below the creature, add tiny stones in oval shapes.

Step 17: Show seaweed grown above the rock using long wavy lines.

Step 18: On the right side upon the big rock, draw a few wavy lines for the seaweed.

Step 19: Show median lines traveling upwards through the seaweed for the midrib.

Step 20: Draw small round water bubbles surrounding the sea creature.
