Step 28: Add the left pocket.

Step 29: Draw the left leg of the trouser.

Step 30: Make the right boot.

Step 32: Put the soles as well as details on the boots.

Step 33: Tie the laces for the boots.

Step 34: Add round eye details.

Step 35: Draw the pupils and the final facial features.
