Create a graceful long-legged bird with Monkey Pen and learn how to draw a stork step by step using simple body shapes, a long beak, and slender legs.
Step 1: First draw a long, narrow, pointed beak for the bird.

Step 2: Draw a sloping line passing through the beak that separate the upper and lower beak. Also add a tiny dot inside the upper beak to show the nostril.

Step 3: Add a small, round head behind the beak that curls down to form the back neck.

Step 4: Include the front neck with a wavy line.

Step 5: Draw a wide curve behind the back neck to create the body.

Step 6: Make small, rounded curves for the chest and belly.

Step 7: Under the belly, add a long, thin leg with three, pointed toes.

Step 8: Draw the other leg too.

Step 9: Add a row of short, rounded feathers at the back.

Step 10: Continue the row of feathers.

Step 11: Under this row of feathers, draw a short, curved line.

Step 12: Add a few round feathers at the tail.

Step 13: Include little round feathers above the previous row of feathers.

Step 14: A few more feathers are added to the row.

Step 15: Make a smooth wide curve across the top of the wing.

Step 16: Add a tiny eyebrow and a small, round eye.

Step 17: Draw the pupil inside the eye and darken it.

Step 18: An elegant stork drawing is over.
