How to Draw a Sword Step-by-step – Easy Fantasy Object Drawing for Kids
Straight lines and decorative handles help children create a classic sword drawing with confidence and creativity.
Step 1: Draw the tip of the blade with a narrow V lying in inclined position.

Step 2: Draw the blade completely using two lines that lie parallel to each other and in inclined direction.

Step 3: Draw the cross guard above the blade, which looks like a flat ‘m’.

Step 4: Draw the sides of it using tiny curves.

Step 5: Complete the cross guard with almost straight lines lying horizontally and connected by a raised edge which is square in shape.

Step 6: Draw the handle above it, with parallel lines lying vertically.

Step 7: Sketch the grip by making a small circle.

Step 8: Create a long, needle like shape inside the blade.

Step 9: Draw the inner edges and the central emblem design within the cross guard.

Step 10: Give tiny horizontal stripes for the handle.

Step 11: Draw an inner circle within the grip, to make it look thick.

Step 12: A mighty sword drawing is just completed.
