Learn how to draw a toad with Monkey Pen’s step-by-step instructions. 

Step 1: Draw its head with rounded designs on either side and tiny bumps in between.

Step 2: Draw the face below the head with a wide curve.

Step 3: Draw the other side of the face with a tiny bump, followed by a rounded shape. 

Step 4: Add its nostrils with two tiny dots below the head and a wide curved mouth with dash-like lines at the ends, below the nostrils.

Step 5: Draw bumpy skin behind the head to create its body.

Step 6: Draw its skin under the body using a few curves.

Step 7: Add its foreleg that is in an L shape, along with toes attached.

Step 8: Include its hind leg that is a narrow, inverted U shape with toes below.

Step 9: Draw a wide curved line within the hind leg to differentiate the thigh and feet. Join the foreleg and hindleg with a tiny curve.

Step 10: Show its webbed feet on the other side with parallel lines followed by toes below.

Step 11: Draw its bumpy skin on the face using tiny ovals.

Step 12: Show some on the foreleg and hind leg.

Step 13: Create some more bumpy scales on its body surface.

Step 14: Add tiny stripes randomly within the legs and under the body.

Step 15: Include big, bulging eyes for the toad by using circles.

Step 16: Show its eyeball with even a smaller circle inside and darkened, leaving the corners and tiny dot-sized space within it.
