Step 1: Draw two short lines to form the tuna’s open mouth.

Step 2: Draw a long, curved line from the mouth to form the top of the body.

Step 3: Draw a curved line from the mouth to begin the lower side of the body of the fish.

Step 4: Add two small, pointed fins beneath the front of the body.

Step 5: Continue the lower body line towards the tail.

Step 6: Draw a large, crescent-shaped tail fin.

Step 7: Draw a curved line behind the head to form the gill cover.

Step 8: Add a large, pointed dorsal fin on top of the body.

Step 9: Draw a smaller dorsal fin behind the first one.

Step 10: Add a pointed fin beneath the back of the body.

Step 11: Draw a row of small finlets along the upper part of the tail.

Step 12: Add another row of small finlets along the lower part of the tail.

Step 13: Draw a long, pointed pectoral fin on the side of the body.

Step 14: Add curved lines around the head and draw a long line along the upper side of the body.

Step 15: Draw thin detail lines inside the large dorsal fin.

Step 16: Add thin detail lines inside the pectoral fin and the smaller dorsal fin.

Step 17: Draw thin detail lines inside the fins beneath the body.

Step 18: Add curved detail lines inside the tail fin.

Step 19: Draw a large, round eye near the front of the head.

Step 20: Draw the pupil and add a small highlight inside the eye.

Step 21: Darken the pupil, erase any unnecessary lines and colour your tuna to complete the drawing.
