One day, a little monkey found a tiny seed.
“What is this?” he asked.
A squirrel said,
“It’s a seed. Put it in the soil and wait.”
“How?” asked the monkey.
“Dig a small hole, place the seed, and cover it,” said the squirrel.
The monkey did just that.
“Grow now!” he said.
He waited… and waited.
Nothing happened.
“Be patient,” said the squirrel.
The sun shone, the rain fell.
One day, a small sprout came up.
“Oh!” the monkey clapped.
Soon, it grew into a tree with sweet fruits.
“Yay! I’m glad I waited,” said the monkey.
Moral: Patience helps good things grow.
