On a bright spring morning, beside a little bubbling stream, lived a tiny paper boat named Pip.
Pip was small, neat, and folded with love.
Every day, he watched leaves float by and listened to the happy splash of the water.
"Oh," Pip whispered, "I wish I could sail too."
One sunny morning, a gentle breeze gave Pip a little nudge.
Splash!
Into the stream he floated.
"I'm sailing!" Pip cheered.
The water carried him slowly along.
Swish...
Swish...
Swish...
Soon...
Bump!
Pip got stuck behind a leaf.
“I can’t go any farther,” he sighed.
A friendly bluebird flew down and flapped its wings.
Whoosh!
The leaf floated away.
“Thank you!” smiled Pip.
Off Pip sailed again.
A little farther...
Bump!
He stopped beside a smooth pebble.
A tiny turtle paddled over and gave him a gentle push.
Nudge!
Pip floated free.
“Thank you!” he laughed.
The stream sparkled in the sunshine.
Soon...
Bump!
Some soft reeds tickled Pip and held him still.
"Oh," Pip sighed.
"I wonder if I'll ever reach the end.
A cheerful frog hopped onto a nearby rock.
"Don't give up, Pip!" croaked Frog.
With one tiny splash...
Splish!
The reeds gently moved aside.
Away Pip sailed once more.
Now Pip smiled.
"Every little stop helps me keep going."
The stream carried him around a gentle bend.
Swish...
Swish...
Swish...
At last, Pip reached a quiet little pond.
Bright water lilies floated on the water.
Dragonflies danced in the sunshine.
Tiny fish swam below.
"I made it!" Pip said happily.
Bluebird fluttered down.
Turtle smiled.
Frog gave a happy hop.
"We knew you could do it!" They cheered.
Pip looked at the sparkling water.
Sometimes he had stopped.
Sometimes he needed a little help.
But he had never given up.
And that made his little journey the happiest adventure of all.
