In London, there was a beautiful factory. Not just any factory, but a chocolate factory! I, Choc Mock, am the head and founder of this factory.
I am proud of my factory because it is beautiful, not similar to the ugly, grey ones. I also have my office in this factory, where I make plans for new chocolates and candies.

I also conduct sample checks in person to see how much customers like our products. If the customers have any suggestions for improvement, they can rate it on our website. In my opinion, I own the best factory in the world!

It was a fine evening in London. I was discussing about a new candy with Walter, my right-hand secretary.
"Any ideas, Walter?"
“Hmm... Not really, Mr. Mock.”
"Perhaps we need some help, eh?"
I suggested.
Walter looked thoughtful at this. Suddenly, his eyes lit up.

" Oh Yes! I have an idea. There is a witch who lives in that forest!" he said, pointing to a forest through the window. "Maybe she could help us."
"Um, aren't witches evil?" I hesitated.
"Oh, not her, Walter continued. “I used to visit her in my childhood. She is also good at making potions.”
“Okay, then,” I said. “Let’s go.”

The trip was not as difficult as I had imagined. The forest looked so dense from the factory. However, as we entered, it seemed very thin. Before long, we saw a rather shabby hut with a brass door and a silver knocker. I reached for the knocker, but Walter stopped me immediately.
"Is there an enchantment on it?" I asked.

“Yes, Mr. Mock, anyone who touches it will suddenly be teleported outside the forest,” he replied.
“Oh! Then what do we do?” I asked.
“We say our names loud and clear; the door will open,” replied Walter.
“Okay, may I go first?”
“Sure.”
“Choc Mock”
“Walter Finn”
The door creaked open, and we stepped inside. There, looking at an empty cauldron, was the witch!

“Ah! Isn’t it Walter?”
“Hello, Madam Pop! Lovely to see you again.”
Madam Pop was beautiful and charming. She came up to me and asked, “Who are you, gentleman?”
“He is the head of the factory I work in.” Walter piped up before I could speak.
“Thank you, Walter,” I said.
“How delightful! So, what brings you to my hut?” asked Madam Pop.

“We were wondering if you could help us make a new candy.” I said it gently.
“Have you thought of it already?” She asked.
“No, not yet,” replied Walter.
“Ooh! Then I’ve got a brilliant idea!” She said it excitedly.
She then shuffled through a book, picked some weird ingredients, and threw them into the cauldron. She then added a jug full of what looked like purple water. Suddenly, a whiff of smoke surrounded the cauldron.
When the mist cleared, she poured the liquid into a bottle.

“This!” she said, “is a Relaxation Potion. You can make Relaxation Candy by freezing it in moulds. I will just make a sample to test.”
She pulled a wand from her pocket and tapped it on the bottle. A round ball emerged from the mixture and flew into Walter’s hand.

“Well, what are you waiting for? Try it,” she said.
Walter closed his eyes, put the ball into his mouth, and began sucking on it. He sucked and sucked and sucked until he finally stopped.
“Well, how was it?” I asked Walter. “It felt...it felt... relaxing...” said Walter. “I felt as if somebody was massaging my whole body. I also had a soothing feeling as the sweet was moved down my throat.”

“It worked!” squealed, Madam Pop.
“It worked thanks to you.” I told her, “How can we ever thank you?”
“It’s my pleasure,” said Madam Pop. “I want both of you to visit again sometime. I wish your business all success. Well, then, see you some other time! Bye for now!”
“Bye!” Walter and I said, and we went back to the factory.

It was another fine day at the factory. I was sipping my cup of coffee when somebody knocked.
“Please come in,” I said. The door opened, and Walter came in.
“I just wanted to remind you of the Sample Check, Mr. Mock,” he said.
“Oh, thanks, Walter,” I said, “I nearly forgot; let’s check.”
I fumbled on my computer screen to access the website.
“Oh, my goodness!” I cried.

“What is it, Mr. Mock?” Walter asked. The website showed that the Relaxation Candy was the most popular of all the candies we had produced. Walter peeked at the screen.
“Unless my eyes are deceiving me!” said Walter, “Could it be?”
“Let’s inform the workers too.” I said. “Oh yes!” said Walter, marching out of the office.
There was a pause before a deafening roar of cheers erupted outside. Walter came back in, smiling.
“Let’s celebrate!” I said.

We went out of the room, and I declared, “My dear workers, let us celebrate our success with one of our top candies.” The workers began passing the Relaxation Candy to each other, and finally, the candy reached us.
“For Choc Mock Factory!” I shouted, and we all raised our candies like goblets and started relishing them.

The next day, I was thinking about the suggestions for other candies when I heard a knock on the door.
“Mr. Ronald Chops is here,” said Walter from the other end of the door.
“Yes, please let him in, Walter.” I said. The next thing I saw was Mr. Chops standing in front of my desk.
“Hello, Mr. Mock. Could I have a quick word with you?”
“Yes, of course,” I said.

“I’m the head of Choco-Smile, another candy producer. With the news about your astonishing Relaxation Candy, I wanted to propose a competition.
We both will bring our best candy; the public will taste it and decide which one is the best. The one who loses has to give away the secret of the candy he brought to the competition.”
“Well then, deal,” I said, and we shook hands as Mr. Chops marched out of the door.

We decided to use our Relaxation Candy for the competition. Mr. Chops said that we would meet at Greenland Park at 1 p.m. sharp, and that’s what happened. Mr. Chops produced a red candy and said, “This is my specialty: The Levitating Candy”
The taster took a candy and started to suck it. He lifted off the chair a few inches before slowly sinking back down. Mr. Chops looked pointedly at Walter and me, indicating that it was our turn.

I stepped up and said, “This is my specialty: The Relaxation Candy”
I handed over the purple candy to the taster. He started sucking and relishing the candy. He sat relaxed on the chair, seemingly lost in thought with the sweetness of the candy.

He then declared, “Mr. Mock wins with his Relaxation Candy!” The audience cheered for us.
Mr. Chops sighed and spoke reluctantly, “I get a Levitating Potion from a witch in a forest. The candy is made by just freezing the Potion.”
“What is her name?” I asked quickly. “Madam Pop” was the reply.
“Oh my goodness!” I gasped, “I get my Relaxing Potion from her too! All we do is freeze it.”
“Really?!” Mr. Chops said.
“But if it is so...”
“..., we should work together.” I said, and Walter nodded at me. “What do you say, Mr. Chops?”
“I say it should happen!” replied Mr. Chops.
We both shook hands as Walter smiled and said, “As you see, folks, the two shake hands in agreement, and Teamwork is the Sweetest...”
That is…
The Sweet End
