Up in the sky, a tiny raindrop sat in a soft, fluffy cloud.
“I want to go on an adventure!” it said.
Plip!
Down it fell… and landed on a red rose.
“Hello!” said the rose.
“You make me sparkle!”
The raindrop smiled.
“I’m happy to help!”
Then it rolled down…
drip… drip… onto the grass.
The grass shone like tiny diamonds.
“So shiny!” whispered the grass.
Whoooosh!
A gentle wind blew…
and the raindrop tumbled into a stream.
Splash!
“Wheee!” laughed the raindrop.
It met many other raindrops.
They played together, splashed around,
and floated with happy ducks.
They tickled the water lilies too!
“This is so much fun!” said the raindrop.
Soon, the sun began to shine bright and warm.
The raindrop felt light… lighter… lighter…
“I’m floating!” it giggled.
Up, up, up it went—
back into the sky.
“Welcome back!” said the cloud.
The raindrop smiled softly.
“What a beautiful journey!”
