One sunny morning, Mummy took Baby to the park.

Baby looked all around with big curious eyes.

So many things to see.

So many things to ask.

Near the path, Baby saw a bright colourful ball rolling on the grass.

“What’s this, Mummy?”

Mummy smiled.

“That’s a ball,” she said.

“It rolls and bounces.”

The ball rolled by.

Roll… roll…

Baby clapped happily.

Soon, Baby pointed at a butterfly flying nearby.

“What’s this, Mummy?”

“That’s a butterfly,” Mummy said softly.

“Look at its pretty wings.”

Flap… flap…

Baby watched carefully.

“So tiny,” Mummy smiled.

Then Baby heard birds singing in a tree.

Chirp… chirp…

Baby pointed up.

“What’s this, Mummy?”

“Those are birds,” Mummy said.

“They sing little songs.”

Baby listened quietly.

Next, Baby saw colorful flowers moving in the breeze.

“What’s this, Mummy?”

“Flowers,” Mummy answered.

“They smell nice.”

Baby leaned closer.

Sniff… sniff…

Baby smiled.

Then Baby looked up at the sky.

“What’s this, Mummy?”

“That’s the sky,” Mummy said gently.

“It is big and blue.”

Soft clouds floated slowly above.

Baby stared quietly.

Just then, a little puppy ran past.

Woof! Woof!

Baby laughed loudly.

“What’s this, Mummy?”

Mummy giggled.

“That’s a puppy.”

“It likes to run and play.”

At last, Baby began to feel sleepy.

Mummy sat on a bench and held Baby close.

The park felt quiet and warm.

Baby rested gently against Mummy.

“Mummy,” Baby whispered softly, why do I feel so cozy?”

Mummy smiled and kissed Baby’s head.

“Because you are safe and loved,” she said gently.

Baby smiled.

The breeze blew softly…

the birds sang quietly…

and Baby rested happily in Mummy’s arms.
