How to make paper couch: step-by-step description
Step 1: Cut three square pieces of paper of orange and white colored craft papers. Keep the orange paper in place for folding.

Step 2: Fold the orange square in half horizontally.

Step 3: Take the orange paper and pull it back out.

Step 4: Fold the orange paper in half, then fold it back the other way.

Step 5: Open it to reveal four equal sections.

Step 6: Fold the orange sheet diagonally to create an equilateral triangle.

Step 7: Reopen it and then flatten the paper.

Step 8: Fold a side of your orange paper towards the middle.

Step 9: Fold all the remaining corners too, ensuring that all four corners are in the middle.

Step 10: Then fold one side of the square paper towards the middle.

Step 11: Fold the other side of the square paper towards the middle of the room as well.

Step 12: Take the paper again to reveal the folds.

Step 13: Fold the paper into an extended rectangle.

Step 14: Gently spread the sides, allowing the paper to begin shaping paper.

Step 15: Turn the top portion inwards and begin to form an oval shape.

Step 16: Fold the top edge neatly.

Step 17: Push the corners and sides towards the back to secure the shape.

Step 18: Cut your orange piece of paper into an open box. This is the couch's seat.

Step 19: Grab the white square of paper.

Step 20: Fold the white paper in half vertically to begin creating the backrest of the couch.

Step 21: Fold the paper into a square, then show the crease lines.

Step 22: Then fold the piece in half.

Step 23: Close it once more.

Step 24: Fold one corner diagonally to the opposite corner.

Step 25: Reopen the paper.

Step 26: Cut the diagonal paper and fold it in the opposite direction.

Step 27: Fully open it. The paper now has diagonal and cross-fold lines.

Step 28: Fold one side towards the centre, then press it flat.

Step 29: Fold the four corners together to create a smaller square.

Step 30: Fold this square to create an elongated rectangle.

Step 31: Unfold it, and neatly fold the folds to the inside.

Step 32: Smooth it to form a rectangle.

Step 33: Slide the bottom and top pointed flaps outward.

Step 34: Fold the flap on top to the left.

Step 35: Fold that top corner to secure it.

Step 36: Fold your paper to create an open box.

Step 37: Make four small boxes of paper like this.

Step 38: Pick up one orange and one white box, and place them side by side.

Step 39: Put the white box in and against the orange box, creating one section of the couch.

Step 40: Cut two couch pieces and then put them in a row.

Step 41: Get an orange-colored piece of paper.

Step 42: Fold the orange sheet into equal pieces to mark the dimensions.

Step 43: Cut the paper into folded lines.

Step 44: Make sure you have the strips of orange paper ready.

Step 45: Pick up one strip and one box piece.

Step 46: Apply glue or attach an individual strip to the rear of the box for the backrest.

Step 47: Put two additional strips on the sides to create the armrests.

Step 48: The first chair is set.

Step 49: Create another chair using the same method.

Step 50: Put the two chairs and the tables in between. The paper couch set you made is now ready.
