How to make a paper cup-fan: step-by-step description

Step 1: Grab one small paper cup.

Step 2: Cut the top of your cup into several vertical strips, starting from the edge that is open downwards.

Step 3: Remove the strips that you cut.

Step 4: Fold the strips inwards around the cup.

Step 5: Fold the strips until they create a small handle-like shape.

Step 6: Create small holes in the centre of the cup's top using a skewer or a sharp stick.
