How to Make Paper Turtle

How to make a paper turtle? With Monkey Pen’s step-by-step instructions, we can create an amazing turtle craft with few basic materials. 

Step 1: Take a green, rectangular paper. 

Step 2: Take scissors.

Step 3: Cut a round shape from the rectangle.

Step 4: Using scissors, create a small opening on one end.

Step 5: The opening should look as shown in the figure.

Step 6: Apply some glue on one side of the cut.

Step 7: Now pull the other side and paste it over this. It looks like a small cone.

Step 8: Take a yellow, square piece of paper

Step 9: Now take scissors too.

Step 10: Make tiny pieces of ovals from the paper.

Step 11: Paste the ovals randomly, one by one, over the cone.

Step 12: Take a green, rectangular piece of paper.

Step 13: Take the scissors too.

Step 14: Using scissors, cut three small and one slightly bigger piece of narrow pot-like designs for the turtle’s legs and a narrow triangle-like design for its mouth.

Step 15: Take the bigger piece and apply some glue on its backside.

Step 16: Now paste it under the cone for the turtle’s leg.

Step 17: Take a smaller-sized leg and paste it nearby.

Step 18: Paste the other legs too, three legs at the back and two legs at the front.

Step 19: Paste the mouth also.

Step 20: The legs and the mouth are done.

Step 21: Take scissors and make a cut on the bigger leg.

Step 22: Using glue, paste the opening. 

Step 23: The opening is pasted now.

Step 24: Take an eye sticker for the turtle’s eyes, having a black ball surrounded by a white area.

Step 25: Paste the eyes.

Step 26: Take a black sketch pen.

Step 27: Draw two tiny lines vertically on each leg of the turtle. A paper turtle is ready.
