Step 1: Take a red-colored paper that is cut in a rectangular shape.

Step 2: Apply some glue onto all four sides, including the corners.

Step 3: Roll it into a cylindrical shape to look like a post box and paste the corners for a perfect shape.

Step 4: The cylindrical box is ready.

Step 5: Take a piece of paper that is cut into a broad rectangular strip and colored with black.

Step 6: Now apply some glue on the black paper and paste it on the bottom of the red cylinder to show the base.

Step 7: The extra paper is adjusted and pasted over, using a glue that gives a good finish

Step 8: Now take another red, rectangular piece of paper and scissors.

Step 9: Cut into a big circle.

Step 10: Take scissors to cut the circle.

Step 11: Now cut one portion of the circle by half.

Step 12: Then adjust the cut portion so that it sits on top of the circle, creating a layered effect.

Step 13: Paste the cut portion exactly where you are holding it.

Step 14: Now you can see a circular lid-like design that is slightly sharp and raised in the center from the inside.

Step 15: Then take a black marker.

Step 16: Draw a thin rectangular design using the marker.

Step 17: Right below, draw two parallel lines keeping some distance between them.

Step 18: Join the lines and create a rectangle.

Step 19: Draw a tiny circle on the right middle of the rectangle.

Step 20: Now take white acrylic paint and a brush.

Step 21: Using the brush and white acrylic color, start to write inside the rectangle.

Step 22: Write the letter ‘P’ in capitals and complete the word ‘POSTBOX’ with every letter of the same size.

Step 23: The word ‘POSTBOX’ is written.

Step 24: Now take two small, thick rectangular strips.

Step 25: Fold one quarter of every rectangular strip and apply some glue on the remaining area.

Step 26: Take one strip and paste it inside the cylinder so the portion applied with glue comes within the cylinder and the one quarter is facing outside.

Step 27: You can see how it looks after you have pasted.

Step 28: Paste the other strip too, using some glue.

Step 29: Now take the circular lid and place it over the post box.

Step 30: You have covered the post box using a lid.

Step 31: A wonderful post box craft is done.
