Step 3: Create a sharp crown for the bird that looks like an upside-down "V". The sides are jagged.

Step 4: Draw a wide “C”-shape for the belly.

Step 5: Down the crown, make a long sloping line made of curves for the back.

Step 6: From the bottom of the curved line, create a pointed wing going upward.

Step 7: Draw a zigzag line of little spikes over the beak.

Step 8: Draw the wavy line down below the beak. Add a little patch next to it.

Step 9: Add a leg with feet and sharp claws.

Step 10: The opposite leg is included too.

Step 11: Draw a curving line behind the legs.

Step 12: Add a long tail feather at the back.

Step 13: Within the pointed wing, add a row of small “U”s.

Step 14: Below it, draw a bumpy curve that branches outward.

Step 15: Draw a sloping line closer to the tail wing.

Step 16: Start a wide branch with a curve under the bird’s legs that shows it is perching on it.

Step 17: Complete the branch with another curve.

Step 18: Add a tiny branch at the right end of the main branch.

Step 19: Add leaves to this little branch.

Step 20: Draw the midrib and the veins of each leaf.

Step 21: Add the feather pattern to the inside of the pointed wing.

Step 22: Draw vertical lines underneath the prior feather pattern.

Step 23: Draw the rest of the lines inside the pointed wing too.

Step 24: Draw long vertical lines inside the tail feather.

Step 25: Draw short dashed lines inside the curving main branch.

Step 26: Make a circular eye with a black pupil.
