Step 1: Draw the top of the head and two tall, pointed ears.

Step 2: Draw both sides of the face.

Step 3: Add the long face muscle and lower jaw.

Step 4: Draw the inner details of both ears.

Step 5: Add the nose, nostrils, mouth and lower lip.
