Step 1: Begin creating the mane of the horse by making spikes.

Step 2: Finish making the mane, which looks like a pointed oval falling on the forehead of the horse.

Step 3: Create ears of the horse by making small circles.

Step 4: Create the front face part of the horse which appears to be a snout.

Step 5: Create the bottom part of the face including the chin.

Step 6: Now complete the face by adding a curve shaped in U.

Step 7: Make inner ears in a circle shape with a curve from one side and spikes from another side.

Step 8: Now create the nose of the horse in mango shape along with its mouth through curves.

Step 9: Now make mane on the neck of the horse through soft curves.

Step 10: Make a long mane outline using mild curves and needle-like design.

Step 11: With long sharp spikes, create the other side of the mane that falls on the neck.

Step 12: Draw the whole mane using few more spikes.

Step 13: Draw a sharp V shape to finish the mane outline.

Step 14: Create its neck with a vertical line that bends and travels downwards.

Step 15: Draw vertical patterns across the mane.

Step 16: Draw thin eyebrows and include a few curves and lines on the side of the forehead, face and around the nose region.

Step 17: Add a few vertical lines around the space between the eyes and mouth area.

Step 18: Draw some lines vertically in the neck region.

Step 19: Sketch a sharp, oval-shaped eye on one side, and for the other eye that is hidden, draw a small curve.

Step 20: Draw the pupil inside the eye and shade it fully.

Step 21: Thus, a horse-head drawing is over.
